Quality Assurance Lead Job Title- Quality Assurance Lead Location Indapur Maharashtra Industry Modular Buildings Construction Job Type Full time Experience 10-15 Years Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain Quality Management Systems QMS in line with ISO standards or other relevant certifications Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with QMS and recommend improvements Establish and enforce quality standards for materials processes and final construction outputs Prepare project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control QA QC plans Ensure all project activities comply with applicable codes standards and specifications e g AWS ASME AISC Supervise material testing welding inspections and structural steel assembly evaluations Oversee and document inspections tests and procedures conducted on-site and in fabrication facilities Identify defects or non-conformances and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions Maintain detailed quality documentation including inspection records test reports and certifications Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders Train and mentor quality assurance and control personnel on policies and procedures Promote a culture of quality awareness across all departments Liaise with regulatory bodies clients and third-party inspectors to ensure adherence to contractual and legal requirements Address and resolve client concerns regarding quality promptly Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Structural or Mechanical Engineering Additional certifications in quality management e g ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the steel building or construction industry experience with Pre-Engineered Buildings PEB is an advantage Proficiency in quality assurance techniques including Non-Destructive Testing NDT Knowledge of international construction and fabrication codes e g AWS D1 1 AISC ASME Familiarity with software tools for project management and QA documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 1 500 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Indapur Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current employer s name What is your current designation What is your notice period What is your current CTC per year What is your age How many years of experience do you have in the construction industry Experience Quality assurance 8 years Required Work Location In person
