Site Engineer - Interiors Location Bengaluru RR Nagar project sites Company G Cube Studios - Interior Design Build Studio Role Overview The Site Engineer will be responsible for executing interior projects on-site ensuring quality control vendor coordination material management and timely delivery of residential and commercial interior projects This role requires strong technical knowledge practical site experience and the ability to manage multiple teams Key Responsibilities1 Site Execution Supervision Oversee day-to-day site operations for residential commercial interior projects Ensure work is executed as per drawings BOQ and G Cube quality standards Monitor carpentry electrical plumbing false ceiling civil painting and finishing works Maintain site discipline workflow planning and worker task allocation 2 Coordination With Teams Coordinate with Design Team for drawings revisions and technical clarifications Project Manager for timelines schedules and reporting Vendors Contractors for specialized works AC glass modular flooring MEP etc Ensure smooth execution without delays or rework 3 Quality Control Inspect materials delivered and ensure they meet specifications Ensure workmanship quality in carpentry finishing polishing and installation Detect issues early and coordinate rectifications immediately 4 Material Management Track material requirements based on BOQ and project drawings Coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery of materials Maintain stock register daily consumption log and avoid wastage 5 Measurement Documentation Take accurate site measurements for carpentry modular glass electrical etc Prepare daily progress reports DPR measurement sheets and photo documentation Update project tracker and share reports with management 6 Client Interaction Handle basic client queries at site Provide updates to clients during site visits as instructed by PM Maintain professionalism and represent G Cube Studios on-site 7 Safety Compliance Ensure safety protocols for workers and site operations Maintain a clean and organized site environment Adhere to company policies and project compliance guidelines Required Skills 2-5 years of interior fit-out site experience Solid understanding of interior materials execution sequence and finishes Ability to read drawings civil electrical plumbing false ceiling carpentry Strong coordination leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple vendors and workers Good communication and reporting skills Education Diploma B E in Civil Engineering Interior Technology Architecture or related fields Job Type Full-time Pay 12 525 72 - 36 810 87 per month Work Location In person
