We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team In this role you will be responsible for leading design projects creating visually impactful graphics and collaborating with the creative team to bring ideas to life You ll play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our clients and ensuring that all designs align with their brand vision Key Responsibilities Lead and execute high-quality graphic design projects from concept to completion including branding advertisements digital campaigns print collateral social media assets and more Collaborate with creative directors copywriters and other team members to develop compelling visuals that meet client objectives and campaign goals Create original designs and refine existing assets to align with brand guidelines and the agency s creative vision Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers offering guidance and feedback to help them grow Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines and client expectations are met Present and explain design concepts to clients incorporating feedback and revisions to finalize designs Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies to keep designs fresh and cutting-edge Ensure consistency and accuracy in designs across all media and platforms Work closely with production teams to ensure that designs are properly executed and delivered Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
