Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Course Advisor to join our team and support prospective students from the U S market You will be the first point of contact for potential learners guiding them through course options understanding their educational goals and helping them make informed enrollment decisions The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a consultative sales approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Key Responsibilities Reach out to leads via phone email and chat to understand their educational background career goals and learning needs Provide detailed and accurate information about courses curriculum pricing and benefits tailored to the U S market Counsel and guide students through the admissions process and assist with enrollment Maintain timely follow-ups and manage a pipeline of potential students using a CRM Meet or exceed weekly monthly targets for calls conversions and enrollments Build a rapport with prospective students and provide a high-quality advisory experience Collaborate with marketing support and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and course improvements Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
