Job Title Installation and Service Engineer Department Engineering Technical Services Reports To Service Manager Technical Head Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation and Service Engineer to join our technical team The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation commissioning maintenance troubleshooting and repair of company equipment at customer sites This role demands solid technical expertise customer service skills and a willingness to travel Key Responsibilities Install and commission equipment at customer locations as per company standards Conduct routine maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance Diagnose and repair technical faults and issues on-site or remotely Provide on-site training and support to customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment Maintain service reports and documentation for all work carried out Coordinate with the internal technical team and escalate unresolved issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks Offer timely support and communication to clients to ensure satisfaction Provide feedback to the product and development team for continuous improvement Requirements Education Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Mechanical Electronics or related Engineering field Experience 1-5 years of experience in installation maintenance or field service role Freshers with strong technical skills may be considered Technical Skills Strong understanding of electrical mechanical systems Ability to read technical drawings wiring diagrams and manuals Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing instruments Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Other Requirements Willingness to travel frequently local and or outstation Valid driving license if applicable Preferred Qualifications Optional Knowledge of PLC systems control panels automation systems if relevant Experience with insert industry-specific tools equipment Certification in safety or technical training courses Benefits Competitive salary and allowances Travel and accommodation expenses covered as per company policy Training and career development opportunities Health insurance and other company benefits Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
