Job Title Accounts Executive Trainer Location Tathawade PuneType Contractual CSR Project-based Duration Insert duration - e g 6 months 1 year Reporting To Project Manager CSR Program Lead About the Project This opportunity is part of a CSR initiative aimed at upskilling youth in financial and accounting domains to enhance their employability The program is designed to provide hands-on training in accounting principles software and real-world business scenarios Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students on Accounting principles and fundamentals Tally ERP Tally Prime GST TDS PF ESI Income Tax basics Bookkeeping reconciliation Preparation of financial statements Develop training materials presentations and case studies tailored to beginner and intermediate learners Assess students through tests assignments and practicals Maintain attendance records progress reports and training documentation Support students in job readiness - interview preparation resume building and soft skills as needed Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure training outcomes are met Submit timely reports and feedback to the CSR project lead Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting roles At least 1 year of experience in training or teaching accounting subjects Proficiency in Tally ERP Tally Prime MS Excel and accounting tools Knowledge of GST income tax filing and statutory compliance is a must Experience working on government or CSR skill development projects is an advantage Skills Required Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms Patience and passion for teaching Fluency in English Hindi and Marathi preferred Time management and reporting skills Job Type Full time Pay 10 421 43 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
