About the Role We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master with around 2 years of experience in facilitating Agile teams The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum principles the ability to support cross-functional teams and the drive to continuously improve delivery processes You ll work closely with Product Owners Developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration and efficiency Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team s delivery Track and communicate team performance metrics velocity burndown etc to stakeholders Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team Ensure the team adheres to Agile values practices and agreed processes Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to align on best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field preferred 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery environment Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban SAFe Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on team goals Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps Preferred Good to Have Scrum Master Certification CSM PSM I or equivalent Exposure to software development or testing environments Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams Job Type Full time Pay 32 534 20 - 50 880 86 per month Experience Scrum 2 years Required Work Location In person
