About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in full-stack web development and proven expertise in managing technology-driven projects The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable understanding technical complexities as well as driving teams toward on-time high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals Key Responsibilities Plan execute and deliver multiple web development and technology projects within scope time and budget Act as the primary coordinator between the CTO and development teams ensuring seamless communication and alignment Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers for resolving queries improving code quality and optimizing solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies and modern project management best practices Proactively manage project risks issues and dependencies with effective resolution strategies Track KPIs including delivery timelines cost efficiency quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction Drive innovation through adoption of new tools frameworks and best practices Mentor and motivate team members fostering accountability and productivity Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 6-8 years of experience starting from full-stack development and progressing into project management technical leadership Strong coding knowledge in contemporary web technologies JavaScript TypeScript Node js React Angular Vue databases APIs Deep understanding of software architecture cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and DevOps practices Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies Excellent problem-solving decision-making and stakeholder management skills Experience with project management tools JIRA Trello Asana and version control Git Relevant certifications PMP PRINCE2 Agile CSM are a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Versatile schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Work Location In person
