we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Business Analyst and Scrum Master In this role you will be responsible for coding testing and delivering high quality deliverables and should be willing to learn new technologies Responsibilities Candidate will be working on existing and new initiatives within the Anti Money Laundering suite of applications The initiatives will focus on OFAC Sanctions screening for Customers and Realtime Cash and Securities Transactions There will also be focus on Customer screening for Adverse Media or Negative News as part of Customer KYC The Scrum Master serves the Product Owner in several ways including o Ensuring that goals scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible o Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management o Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items o Understanding product planning in an empirical environment o Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value o Understanding and practicing agility and facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed Scrum Master Service to the Development Team o Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality o Helping the Development Team to create high-value products o Removing impediments to the Development Team s progress o Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed and Scrum Master Service to the Organization o Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development o Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team and o Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization Financial domain knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering space is an advantage Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications BE B Tech MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Skills Certified Scrum Master Business Analyst who will be in financial planning Experience of running Agile Squads Excellent communication skills both oral and written and ability to liaise with colleagues clients of all levels Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals either as an individual or as part of a team Experience of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams Excel and Visio Experience of investigating summarizing and presenting results in a meaningful format to clients and Senior Management Understanding of OFAC Sanctions process Understanding of Negative News Screening process as part of Client KYC onboarding Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
