Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in general accounting taxation and financial operations The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GST TDS income tax banking operations and robust experience in accounts receivable AR accounts payable AP and vendor management Familiarity with import export procedures and commercial documentation is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage general accounting functions including ledger maintenance journal entries and financial reconciliations Oversee billing sales and purchase accounting and prepare tax invoices delivery challans and e-way bills Handle complete GST filings TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage accounts receivable AR and accounts payable AP cycles efficiently Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor accounts and payments Prepare and review financial reports and assist in finalization of accounts Ensure compliance with income tax GST laws and other regulatory requirements Maintain records related to import and export transactions and assist with required documentation Support audits both internal and external by providing necessary financial data and explanations Requirements Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Semi CA Proficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks Zoho books SAP Tally and Ms Excel Hands-on experience in billing tax documentation and reconciliation processes Familiarity with import export procedures and compliance Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Should have Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry
