Homework Living specializes in furniture and interiors with locations in Kochi and Calicut Our mission is to Make the Best for the Most for the Least We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and services and we ship worldwide Our team is dedicated to innovation excellence and customer satisfaction Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Joinery Estimator located in Kozhikode The Joinery Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate joinery cost estimations analyzing project requirements and working closely with the design and production teams Daily tasks also include preparing detailed take-offs compiling labor and material costs and maintaining supplier and contractor relationships Qualifications Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and joinery take-offs Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications Knowledge of materials labor and production processes in the woodworking industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Quantity Surveying or related field is a plus Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
