Assist Site Engineer in overseeing construction activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards adherence Coordinate with various stakeholders including Project Coordinator to obtain necessary drawings and instructions for work execution Monitor contractor compliance with engineer s directives and maintain consistency in concrete mix and mortar specifications Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards Ensure safety and security of personnel and materials on site at all times implementing safety guidelines and procedures Document all work activities including quantity calculations and daily progress reports accurately and comprehensively Maintain discipline among team members and enforce adherence to approved checklists and work orders Continuously monitor material consumption and quality of work implementing corrective measures as necessary Stay updated on up-to-date construction techniques and contribute to their implementation on site for improved efficiency and quality Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Engineer or management to support project objectives and timelines Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Supervising 4 years Preferred Location Ahmedabad Gujarat Required Work Location In person
