Job Summary The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a senior nurse or physician They are responsible for assessing patient needs planning and delivering nursing care and evaluating outcomes The role requires a compassionate approach strong clinical skills and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Nursing BSN or Diploma in Nursing Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and guidelines Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions to physicians Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatments and home care Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment Participate in training and professional development as required Respond promptly to emergencies and perform first aid or CPR as needed Job Types Full-time Part time Fresher Internship Work Location In person
