Financial Management Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries Monitor cash flow manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements regularly Prepare and analyze financial statements providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with tax regulations including timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax laws Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules Prepare financial reports for management review and regulatory compliance Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to identify areas of improvement or cost-saving opportunities Inventory Management Oversee inventory control procedures including inventory tracking valuation and reconciliation Work closely with procurement and operations teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize wastage Financial Analysis and Decision Support Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives such as pricing strategies menu engineering and expansion plans Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and market trends Team Leadership and Development Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth Foster a collaborative and positive work workplace within the finance team promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in the hospitality industry Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of accounting principles tax regulations and financial reporting standards Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Accounting 3 years Required Work Location In person
