Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team In this role you will focus on designing and optimizing mechanical components and systems using CAD CAM and CAE tools You will be responsible for creating precise 2D drawings ensuring designs are manufacturable DFM and overseeing prototyping and 3D printing processes This role offers an exciting chance to work on innovative products and bring concepts to life through advanced engineering and manufacturing techniques Key Responsibilities Design and optimize mechanical components using CAD CAM and CAE tools Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and perform FEA for structural and thermal analysis Oversee prototyping including 3D printing and ensure manufacturability with DFM practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration and testing Document designs analyses and processes while optimizing for cost and performance Innovate with new materials and techniques troubleshooting design and manufacturing challenges Requirements 0-1 years of experience in mechanical design and product development Proficiency in CAD software e g SolidWorks AutoCAD and CAM tools Knowledge of CAE tools for structural and thermal analysis Experience with DFMEA and FEA techniques Hands-on experience with prototyping 3D printing and DFM practices Familiarity with creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models Strong understanding of materials manufacturing processes and design optimization Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Basic programming Matlab Python etc Working Conditions Full-time position with standard working hours i e 9 AM-6 PM Monday to Saturday What we offer Competitive salary benefits Professional growth opportunities Inclusive collaborative culture Sick casual and privilege leaves Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Vishwakarma Industrial Area Jaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience CAD 1 year Required Work Location In person
