Job Role and Responsibilities The Associate is expected to conduct fieldwork and assist in audit processes by Performing audit tasks in line with the firm s procedures and audit plan Examining financial statements identifying discrepancies and reporting issues Collaborating in the creation of tailored audit programs based on client needs Documenting audit findings accurately and preparing reports with recommendations Communicating with clients to gather essential information and resolve inquiries Following applicable auditing and accounting standards Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment Keeping your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars trainings for clients articles and managers as and when required Informing the Reporting Partner of all the critical key issues regarding the clients you are managing
