Application Analyst - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Primary Health Cloud Experience Required 5 years including 3 years in IT Work Mode 1-2 days month to client s office Working Hours 11 00 AM - 8 30 PM IST Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of non-clinical applications from small service requests to large project implementations Assist with system troubleshooting application implementations and coordination of software updates Participate in system testing and validation including development and maintenance of testing protocols and coordination with end users Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support system functionality and ensure stable application performance Work cross-functionally to ensure the software application remains stable optimized and functional Develop and maintain documentation for system support ensure compliance with established change management processes Participate in an on-call rotation providing immediate response during off-hours when required Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in all relevant systems and applications through cross-training and self-education Required Skills Qualifications 3 years of IT experience with demonstrated ability to support enterprise applications Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio etc Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is a solid advantage Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Solid understanding of operational workflows supported by IT applications Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing environments Experience in application system design configuration documentation and testing Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management methodologies is a plus Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications e g Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Consultant Health Cloud Consultant are highly desirable Experience working in healthcare or related industries Understanding of HIPAA data privacy and compliance-related requirements Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 - 12 months Pay 70 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud 5 years Required Health Cloud 5 years Required Work Location Remote
