Gender Male Job Type Full-time Permanent Reporting To Project Manager Qualification Bachelors of Engineering or Diploma - Civil Experience 2-3 years Working hours Monday to Saturday 8 00 AM - 6 00 PM Work location Maravoor Mangalore Additional allowances above CTC Accommodation food allowance will be provided ONLY for candidates who relocate to the project site subject to management s decision - Roles and Responsibilities 1 Execution of Civil Works a Oversee and execute construction of civil structures such as ZBTs OHTs MBTs and chlorination rooms b Support in the execution of pipeline works including construction of wall chambers thrust blocks and other pipeline-related structures 2 Technical Oversight a Read and interpret structural and technical drawings and ensure execution as per specifications b Ensure all work aligns with the approved plans specifications and quality standards 3 Site Operations Supervision a Maintain a robust understanding of site operations and make informed decisions in consultation with the Project Manager b Supervise labor teams and subcontractors ensuring productivity discipline and adherence to quality c Monitor and ensure proper usage handling and storage of company machinery and materials 4 Subcontractor Management a Oversee the progress and workmanship of subcontractors b Inspect and verify quality of subcontractor work and raise any non-compliance issues to the Project Manager 5 Documentation Reporting a Maintain accurate site records including daily work progress labor count and material receipts b Prepare and manage client invoices by accounting for completed work materials used labor and other relevant project expenses 6 Stakeholder Public Communication a Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders b Address any on-site concerns or complaints from the public promptly and professionally 7 Planning Coordination a Plan and organize day to day site activities to ensure timely execution b Ensure project milestones are achieved within the assigned timeframe and resource allocation 8 Safety Compliance a Enforce all in office safety protocols and ensure compliance with health safety and environmental guidelines b Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards proactively 9 Other Responsibilities a Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager NOTE The job description is subject to changes over the period of time as per the business needs Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
