Who We re Looking For We are hiring a ReactJS Next js Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and optimising modern web applications You should be someone who thrives in solving real-world problems can work independently and knows how to use tools like ChatGPT or Cursor AI to accelerate execution Key Responsibilities Build and maintain high-performance responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and Next js Optimize Next js projects for performance including code splitting lazy loading imageoptimization and initial page load speed Work closely with the design team to translate UI UX designs into high-quality reusable codeusing Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap Manage application state using Zustand preferred or Redux and integrate with APIs using ReactQuery Implement and maintain CI CD pipelines for smooth deployments Improve technical SEO aspects such as structured data meta tags and server-side rendering SSR Use monitoring tools e g Sentry Lighthouse to debug and fix issues in ReactJS Next jsapplications Collaborate with backend engineers product managers and designers to deliver high-qualityfeatures on time Leverage AI tools ChatGPT Cursor AI etc to automate routine dev tasks generate boilerplate debug issues faster and speed up delivery cycles Required Skills Qualifications 3 years of experience in frontend development with ReactJS and or Next js Proficient in JavaScript ES6 React and Next js Hands-on experience with React Query Zustand or any up-to-date state management library Valuable understanding of Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap Solid experience in performance op misa on of web apps - speed lighthouse scores bundle sizereduction Strong knowledge of SEO best practices in web development Familiar with CI CD pipelines Git workflows and deployment tools Vercel Netlify or similar Ability to debug trace and resolve issues in production environments Analytical thinking andproblem-solving mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with building web apps for high-traffic or customer-facing pladorms Knowledge of server-side rendering SSR static site generation SSG and Incremental StaticGeneration ISR Exposure to web accessibility a11y and progressive web apps PWA Experience in unit testing integration testing with tools like Jest React Testing Library Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
