Job Summary The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the training skill development and placement activities of students The role involves building strong industry connections conducting training programs coordinating campus drives and guiding students in achieving their career goals Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate organizations industries and recruiters Organize campus recruitment drives placement fairs and internship opportunities for students Identify training needs and design skill development programs technical soft skills interview preparation Prepare students for aptitude tests group discussions technical interviews and HR rounds Collaborate with faculty and management to align training programs with industry requirements Maintain up-to-date records of student profiles training sessions and placement data Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding job opportunities higher studies and career paths Ensure maximum student participation and placement outcomes Draft MOUs proposals and reports for collaboration with industries and institutes Monitor industry trends employer feedback and recruitment patterns to improve placement processes Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree MBA HR Management Engineering preferred Proven experience in training placement corporate relations or student career services Excellent communication interpersonal and networking skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities Knowledge of recruitment practices interview techniques and industry expectations Ability to motivate and mentor students Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for data management reporting Key Competencies Leadership Team Management Networking Relationship Building Student Engagement Mentoring Planning Execution Result-Oriented Approach Only for Male Candidates Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 143 20 - 44 265 43 per month Work Location In person
