Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensivist to join our critical care team The candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU and providing advanced support in emergency situations The role requires strong clinical judgment decision-making and hands-on expertise in intensive and emergency care Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock medical care and supervision to patients admitted in the ICU Manage critically ill patients requiring ventilator support advanced hemodynamic monitoring and organ support therapies Attend and stabilize emergency cases in the ER and facilitate smooth transfer to ICU if required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams nurses surgeons anesthetists emergency physicians and other specialists for comprehensive patient care Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures such as intubation central line insertion arterial line insertion etc Participate in code blue and rapid response team activities Ensure adherence to hospital protocols infection control practices and patient safety standards Mentor and train junior doctors residents and nursing staff in ICU and emergency management Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records Qualifications Experience MBBS with a recognized post-MBBS qualification Diploma Certification in Intensive Care or MD in Intensive Emergency Care or related specialty Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in ICU and Emergency Department Proficiency in critical care procedures ventilator management and emergency resuscitation Excellent communication decision-making and leadership skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 359 582 24 - 1 658 171 61 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
