We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing jewellery company The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment onboarding attendance employee records and compliance You will play a key role in hiring for retail showroom production and office roles while also ensuring smooth documentation and induction of recent staff In addition you will maintain attendance and leave records support payroll processing and handle basic HR compliance related to ESI PF and labour laws A strong focus on employee relations timely grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment is essential The role also involves coordinating training programs assisting in performance reviews and maintaining up-to-date HR records and reports The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of HR experience preferably in retail or luxury sectors excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
