Job Title HR Manager - Industrial Construction Compliance Location VIMANNAGAR PUNE Industry Industrial Construction EPC Infrastructure Experience 7 to 12 years Employment Type Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience specifically in the industrial construction sector to oversee HR operations and statutory compliances across multiple project sites The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of labour laws contractor compliance and workforce management related to large-scale industrial construction projects such as factories plants and heavy engineering sites Key Responsibilities Compliance Statutory Management Ensure end-to-end compliance with labour laws and construction-specific acts such as Building and Other Construction Workers BOCW Act Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act CLRA Factories Act EPF ESIC Gratuity Minimum Wages and other applicable statutes Maintain statutory registers ensure timely filings and handle labour inspections audits and notices Monitor and enforce compliance among subcontractors and third-party agencies HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR processes at industrial construction sites including onboarding time attendance payroll and exit formalities Support site administration in labour license applications renewals and returns Implement HR policies that align with construction industry best practices and legal norms Employee Welfare Site Support Address grievances manage disciplinary procedures and resolve workforce conflicts in a compliant and fair manner Contractor Vendor Management Vet and onboard contractors vendors for HR and compliance standards Periodically audit contractor records for legal and statutory adherence Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in HR Industrial Relations Labour Welfare MBA in HR preferred 7 to 12 years of HR experience with a robust focus on industrial construction sites e g factories plants refineries warehouses Strong knowledge of construction-specific labour laws and compliance frameworks Experience working with large EPC firms or industrial project developers is highly desirable Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms Excellent communication documentation and negotiation skills Willingness to travel to remote project locations as required Desirable Attributes Exposure to large-scale greenfield or brownfield industrial construction projects Ability to handle high-volume contract labour force 500 workers Multilingual ability especially in regional site languages is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Total work 7 years Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 01 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
