Job Title Concreting Supervisor Project Type Mivan High-Rise Residential Project Experience Required 3-6 Years Department Execution - Structures Location Financial District - Gachibowli Job Responsibilities 1 Supervision of Concreting Works Plan and supervise day-to-day concreting activities for slabs columns walls and lift cores Ensure correct sequence of pour and placement as per approved pour plans Coordinate manpower machinery pumps vibrators and material supply concrete admixtures for smooth operations 2 Pre-Concreting Checks Inspect Mivan shuttering and reinforcement before concreting for alignment level and cleanliness Check embedments service openings and conduit placements before pour Ensure required cube molds and slump cones are available and functional 3 Concrete Pouring Monitoring Supervise concrete pouring operations - from batching plant to site placement Ensure correct slump proper compaction using vibrators and continuous pour without cold joints Monitor weather and curing conditions to ensure quality 4 Coordination Liaise with QA QC batching plant and structural teams for timely inspections and approvals Coordinate with pump operators transit mixer drivers and labor for uninterrupted work 5 Quality Safety Compliance Ensure all concrete works are as per project quality standards and safety norms Report deviations honeycombs or segregation issues to QA QC for rectification Ensure PPE compliance and safe practices during pouring 6 Post-Concreting Activities Oversee finishing leveling and marking for further work Ensure timely and proper curing of all poured surfaces Record pour details cube samples and submit daily reports to site engineers Skills Required Knowledge of Mivan construction methods and floor cycle timelines Ability to handle labor teams and manage concreting logistics Awareness of quality standards and safety protocols in high-rise projects Job Type Full time Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
