POSITION SUMMARY BOT VFX a post-production services company in the entertainment industry with global clients is looking for an entry-level position Sr Render Wrangler on a permanent role basis As a Senior Render Wrangler you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring the render jobs ensuring the smooth running of our render farm This role reports to the Digital Resource Supervisor and dotted line basis to the Central Production Manager POSITION RESPONSIBILITY Monitor and manage render queues prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues optimizing render efficiency Collaborate with the VFX team to ensure seamless integration of rendered elements Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding render status and any potential issues Assist in the development and refinement of render workflows and pipeline improvements Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed REQUIRED SKILLS 5 years of experience in a render wrangler or similar role within a VFX or animation studio Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities Proficiency in any given rendering software and an understanding of VFX workflows Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously A team player with a positive attitude and a solid work ethic ABOUT US BOT VFX is a renowned visual effects services company serving clients globally With nearly 800 team members operations in Chennai Coimbatore Pune and Atlanta and over a dozen years of operating experience the privately held company has enchanted clients with its mix of creative chops scale and distinctive quirky culture It s also the winner of four FICCI BAF awards and has a wide list of fans from Los Angeles to London and Montreal to Wellington
