An HVAC Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing verifying and managing bills related to HVAC Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning projects Their role bridges technical knowledge of HVAC systems with commercial financial skills to ensure correct billing cost control and smooth client invoicing Key Roles Responsibilities Billing Documentation Prepare client invoices RA bills final bills variation claims Verify contractor vendor bills against BOQ drawings and site work Ensure compliance with contract terms rates and specifications Quantity Measurement Take measurements from GFC IFC drawings and site Prepare quantity take-off sheets for installed HVAC equipment ducting piping insulation chillers AHUs FCUs etc Reconcile executed vs billed quantities Cost Contract Management Coordinate with estimation team for rate analysis Maintain records of extra items deviations and submit cost implications Support project team in financial planning and cash flow monitoring Coordination Liaise with project managers consultants and clients for bill approvals Resolve billing-related queries with site engineers and accounts department Reporting Prepare MIS reports for management Track payment status and update receivables Maintain documentation for audits Skills Required Solid knowledge of HVAC systems drawings BOQ preparation rate analysis measurement techniques Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and ERP software Knowledge of contracts Communication negotiation skills for dealing with clients consultants Typical Qualification B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization preferred 2-6 years of experience in HVAC projects billing or estimation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
