Job Summary The Sr Guest Service Associate F B plays a supervisory support role within the F B team ensuring smooth service operations mentoring junior team members and maintaining guest satisfaction The position requires strong service skills product knowledge and a leadership mindset Key Responsibilities Supervise and support GSA team members during service Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally Ensure service standards are met and exceeded consistently Assist in staff training table allocation and shift briefings Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate orders Maintain stock of service equipment and requisition as needed Monitor table turnovers and guest flow to optimize service Act as a liaison between guests and management for feedback Uphold hygiene safety and grooming standards at all times Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in F B service Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of restaurant service procedures and etiquette Ability to train and motivate a team Familiarity with POS and billing systems Positive command over spoken English and other local languages Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
