Job Title Air Ticketing Executive Department Air ticketing Location Trivandrum Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings issuing tickets managing reservations and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients They should have expertise in using airline reservation systems excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of international and domestic ticketing policies Key Responsibilities Process and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS Amadeus Galileo Sabre and other booking platforms Handle airline reservations fare calculations re-issuances cancellations and refunds Provide clients with accurate flight information schedules and pricing options Assist with group bookings corporate travel and urgent ticketing requests Stay updated on airline policies travel regulations and visa requirements Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction Manage customer queries related to ticketing via calls emails and walk-ins Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance maintaining proper documentation for records Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in air ticketing and reservations Minimum 1-3 years preferred Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre Strong understanding of airline fares ticketing rules and travel policies Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of visa regulations and travel documentation is a plus Preferred Qualifications IATA certification or relevant travel and tourism diploma Experience handling corporate and group ticketing Multilingual skills English local or international language are an advantage If you are passionate about travel and ticketing services we invite you to join our dynamic team Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience Airticketing 4 years Required Location Trivandrum Kerala Required Work Location In person
