Job Summary The PGT History teacher will be responsible for teaching History to students of classes 11 and 12 preparing them for CBSE board exams and nurturing a deep understanding and appreciation for historical knowledge and critical thinking Key Responsibilities Teach History to students of classes 9 to 12 in accordance with the CBSE curriculum Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that cater to diverse learning needs Prepare academic lesson plans assignments and assessments in line with CBSE guidelines Track student progress and maintain records of academic performance Provide academic support and guidance to students through remedial and enrichment classes Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with focused revision plans and mock tests Encourage historical inquiry critical thinking and research-based learning Organize history-related activities exhibitions and field trips to enhance experiential learning Participate in school events meetings and professional development programs Maintain classroom discipline and contribute to a positive learning workplace Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators for interdisciplinary learning Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns Contribute to school publications debates and cultural activities as required Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 24 months Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
