Job Title Centre Manager Location IIFM Zoo Road Job Type Full-Time Reporting to Regional Manager Director Job Summary The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall administration operations team management and business performance of the centre This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery meeting enrolment or revenue targets maintaining infrastructure and driving customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Operational Management Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre Maintain discipline cleanliness and a safe environment Supervise scheduling class delivery and centre opening closing 2 Team Leadership Lead and motivate staff including trainers counsellors and support staff Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews Handle recruitment training and team development 3 Sales Marketing Achieve monthly and annual enrolment revenue targets Organize promotional activities and local marketing Track leads follow-ups and conversion metrics using CRM 4 Customer Service Resolve student parent client concerns promptly and effectively Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement 5 Financial Inventory Management Maintain budgets petty cash and financial records Monitor inventory of resources study material equipment 6 Reporting Compliance Submit daily weekly and monthly reports to higher management Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in Business Management or relevant field 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role Excellent communication leadership and people-management skills Ability to multitask take ownership and meet deadlines Computer proficiency MS Office CRM basic accounting tools Key Performance Indicators KPIs Target achievement enrolments Staff retention and performance Client student satisfaction Operational efficiency and cost control Work Days Monday to Saturday Job Location Guwahati Zoo Road Tiniali Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Education Master s Preferred Experience Management 3 years Required Language English Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 25 07 2025 Expected Start Date 25 07 2025
