About Us Ecowell India is a leading provider of water softening solutions dedicated to delivering eco-friendly and efficient water treatment products to households institutions and industries We are looking for a GeM Government e-Marketplace Executive to manage and expand our presence on the GeM portal The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of product listings bid submissions and compliance requirements related to government tenders Key Responsibilities Manage company profile and product listings on the GeM portal Upload new products services and ensure complete and accurate listing Monitor and apply to relevant tenders and bids on a regular basis Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and pricing Track bid status orders and timely execution of government contracts Ensure compliance with all GeM portal guidelines and government norms Handle post-order documentation invoicing and follow-up Maintain records of bids quotations orders and contracts Requirements Proven experience in handling the GeM portal Government e-Marketplace Good knowledge of government procurement processes Solid attention to detail and documentation skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proficient in MS Office Excel Word and email handling Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
