dynamic JavaScript components and integrate them with advanced NLP and ML technologies to deliver agentic frictionless self-service capabilities Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction record of managing large-scale projects collaborating with cross-functional teams by making data driven decisions Key Responsibilities JavaScript Development Develop innovative scalable components with JavaScript in a specialized scripting framework Feature Implementation Develop solutions to increase automation and create consumer self-service capabilities across Experian s contact center channels GenAI Coding Leverage Generative AI coding assistants to accelerate development improve code quality and enhance productivity throughout the software lifecycle Performance Optimization Regularly assess monitor and optimize the performance of applications ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness Continuous Integration Implement and maintain CI CD pipelines to automate the build test and deployment processes Problem Solving Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the stability and reliability of the software Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed features configurations and systems US Partnership Operate partially within US Central time zone as needed to ensure appropriate alignment and coordination with the US-based team Hybrid Work Must be able to work in-office Hyderabad 1-2 days per week with work from home for the remainder Qualifications and Experience Required Core Technical Skills Experience 2 years of JavaScript experience required must be expert level in this area AWS Solid understanding of AWS technologies such as DynamoDB and Lambda GenAI Must have strong and demonstrated knowledge of how to leverage GenAI in accelerating coding and testing GitHub Copilot ChatGPT MS Copilot or similar tool Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Problem-Solving Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges Teamwork Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Time Management Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies Attention to Detail High standard for quality and precision in all aspects of work On-Call Participation in an on-call rotation is required Additional Skills Previous experience in IVR and or NLP development is preferred Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins Understanding of
