Qualifications BE B Tech in Mechanical engineering Experience 5 Years Roles Responsibilities 1 Should be well-versed in AutoCAD Plant 3D P IDs as well as intelligent P IDs in accordance with process guidelines 2 Able to create Piping material specification in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per P IDs 3 Should posses sound knowledge on equipment layout piping layout piping GAD and orthogenrations 4 Should be able to create or edit isometrics templates border scale report format drafting standards 5 Should be able to create Equipment models in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per Vendor Drawing 6 Able to create Tie-in List Tie in sketch 7 Able to do the piping routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D independently 8 Should be able to generate the stress isos coordinate with pipe stress department and revise the 3D model as required 9 Possess thorough knowledge on pipe support standards for critical and non critical lines 10 Able to perform Initial clash check and 3D model review as per detail phase requirements 11 Should be able to lead the 30 60 and 90 model reivew with customer 12 Should be able extract isometrics and review them as per the checklists following company s standard review process 13 Should be able to extract MTO report from Plant 3D and review Core Skills 1 AutoCAD Plant 3D 2 AutoCAD 3 Navisworks 4 CADWorx Soft Skills 1 Robust communication skills 2 Plant layout Equipment layout 3 Isometrics extraction 4 Spec edit 5 Problem solving Employment Type Permanent job Full time Industry Oil Gas Location Kochi
