Contact Person (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Kamal Divya Job Title Accounts Executive Tally Receivable Management We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally ERP accounts receivable management and general accounting functions The ideal candidate age 25-35 should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks ensuring timely collection of receivables and maintaining accurate financial records Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP Prepare verify and process invoices receipts and payment entries Monitor accounts receivable follow up with clients for due and overdue payments Maintain an aging report and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparing monthly financial statements balance sheets and MIS reports Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field or any other degree 2-6 years of experience in accounting preferably in accounts receivable Proficiency in Tally ERP mandatory Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent communication English and follow-up skills Mail communication Whatsapp chatting skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy Age Requirement Candidates between 25 to 35 years preferred and female candidates preferred Other Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
