We re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who s highly skilled in Figma and understands the art and strategy behind great branding The right candidate will bring creativity structure and precision to every project - from brand identities and social media campaigns to marketing materials and internal presentations You ll collaborate directly with a project coordinator not clients and work across a variety of brands and industries This role requires a designer who can work independently follow established brand standards and still bring fresh elevated ideas to the table This is not an entry level position Freshers low experience candidates will not be considered for this job Only candidates with a very strong portfolio and work examples will be considered for this job Responsibilities Design professional brand identities - including logos brand guidelines and supporting visual systems Create engaging on-brand social media graphics tailored to each client s style and platform Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures flyers business cards and other print collateral Design internal materials such as pitch decks and presentation visuals Develop custom illustrations or iconography as needed to enhance designs Work primarily in Figma with fluency and confidence - this is our core design platform for collaboration feedback and file updates Use Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Express when needed for animation photo editing or specialized design tasks Maintain organized project files communicate clearly through Asana and manage deadlines with minimal supervision Requirements 4 years of professional graphic design experience agency experience strongly preferred Fluent in Figma - able to efficiently design organize and share projects within a collaborative workflow Proficient in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and Adobe Express Advanced logo design ability - skilled at creating refined original marks using custom typography iconography and font modifications not just basic text treatments Strong understanding of print design standards including bleeds trim and working from printer templates Deep understanding of branding and visual identity with consistency and precision across all mediums Solid design sense across both print and digital formats Excellent communication and time management skills Must be able to communicate fluently in English both written and spoken Self-sufficient reliable and detail-oriented work ethic Portfolio required - applications without a portfolio will not be considered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Experience Designing 4 years Required Figma 2 years Required Language Fluent English Required Work Location Remote
