We are looking for a warm professional and service-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our hospitality team at The Royal Grand The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and must ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and prompt service throughout their stay Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in check-out process Handle reservations cancellations and room assignments efficiently Manage guest requests complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability rates and special offers Process payments issue invoices and maintain guest accounts accurately Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures Uphold The Royal Grand image by maintaining a professional appearance and behavior Qualifications Proven work experience as a hotel receptionist front desk representative or similar role preferred Knowledge of hotel management software e g IDS Opera or similar is an advantage Robust communication skills in English and at least one regional language Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant approachable demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently High school diploma or relevant qualification a degree in hospitality management is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and night shifts What We Offer Opportunities for training career development and internal promotion A positive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on hotel stays and dining Preferred Male To Apply Kindly apply via WhatsApp number or walk in Phone (phone hidden) Regard thanks Velu Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
