HR Intern Position HR Intern Department Human Resources Location HSR layout Sector 6 Employment Type Internship Full time Duration 3 months Stipend CTC 5000 About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team This role will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement performance monitoring and HR operations The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills good organizational abilities and a willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases Support onboarding and induction for new joiners by preparing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders Maintain and update HR records employee data and internal trackers Assist in drafting HR emails notices and policy communication Participate in employee engagement activities events and initiatives Help in monitoring attendance leave management and day-to-day HR operations Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR processes Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Support the HR team in any additional tasks or projects Required Skills Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of HR processes and functions Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Good interpersonal organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to work in a team Benefits Hands-on HR experience in a real corporate environment Opportunity to work closely with senior HR professionals Exposure to recruitment HR operations documentation and employee relations Certificate of completion at the end of the internship Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 - 7 000 00 per month Work Location In person
