This is for RHI- Magnesita - Jamshedpur Plant About the Role We are looking for a motivated TMS Operator to join our 4PL Control Tower team The role focuses on managing day-to-day transportation activities through our Transport Management System ensuring visibility accuracy and seamless coordination with logistics service providers and customers Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the Transport Management System TMS for daily shipments Execute transportation bookings track trace shipments and update status in real-time Ensure accurate entry of freight orders carrier details and routes Coordinate with carriers warehouses and customer teams to resolve issues Generate reports and dashboards on KPIs such as OTIF delays and cost performance Support freight bill validation and digital documentation through TMS RequirementsGraduate with 1-3 years experience in transport logistics operations Hands-on exposure to TMS platforms SAP TM Oracle BluJay MercuryGate etc preferred Robust data accuracy attention to detail and coordination skills Understanding of basic transport KPIs OTIF transit time cost per shipment Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting Good communication skills for working with carriers and customers What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a Next-Generation 4PL Control Tower environment Exposure to global transportation operations and digital logistics solutions Learning and growth in advanced supply chain technology platforms Collaborative and dynamic work culture with career advancement opportunities
