Job Title HR Executive - Real Estate Location Baner Pune Experience 2 - 4 Years Salary Depend on interview About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Executive from the Real Estate industry to manage HR operations payroll and statutory compliance for our growing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR compliance payroll processing and employee management in a real estate or construction setup Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees Ensure timely compliance with PF ESIC Professional Tax and other statutory requirements Handle labor law compliance related to construction sites and office staff Maintain and update employee attendance leave records and HR files Coordinate with contractors and vendors for compliance documentation Support recruitment onboarding and exit formalities Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work workplace Liaise with government bodies and auditors during inspections and audits Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree required MBA in HR preferred 2-4 years of HR experience in the Real Estate Construction industry is mandatory Good knowledge of PF ESIC Labor Laws and Payroll software Proficient in MS Excel and HRMIS tools Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to handle field-level HR coordination site visits when required Work Details Location Baner Pune Work from Office Timings 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Monday to Saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 603 55 - 35 107 77 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
