Senior Site Engineer - Corporate InteriorPosition Title Senior Site Engineer Department Projects Interior Fit-Out Location Site-Based Corporate Interior Projects Reporting To Project Manager Project Head Role Overview The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing corporate interior fit-out projects end-to-end This role ensures that all site operations run smoothly work is compliant with drawings specifications quality standards are met timelines are followed and coordination is maintained between vendors contractors and the client team Key Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Lead daily site operations for interior fit-out works civil carpentry electrical HVAC plumbing firefighting networking etc Ensure work execution as per approved drawings BOQ technical specifications and quality standards Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules Maintain strict adherence to safety norms and site discipline 2 Coordination Communication Coordinate with architects designers PMC teams contractors and vendors Communicate daily progress constraints and requirement forecasts to the Project Manager Attend site meetings with clients and consultants and share MOM action plans 3 Material Management Verify and check material quality and specifications before installation Track material consumption and maintain inventory records Raise material requisitions in advance as per project schedule 4 Quality Control Conduct inspections of workmanship across all trades Ensure snag-free delivery and prepare snag rectification lists Document quality checklists and maintain site reports 5 Project Documentation Maintain DPRs Daily Progress Reports measurement sheets and work logs Assist in preparing RA bills with accurate measurement details Ensure proper documentation of drawings revisions and approvals Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Corporate Interior Fit-Out standards and modern construction techniques Ability to read architectural MEP and technical drawings Excellent coordination and leadership skills Problem-solving mindset with robust attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD basic and project tracking tools Qualifications Experience Diploma B Tech in Civil Engineering Interior Technology or equivalent 5-8 years of experience in interior fit-out with at least 3 years handling corporate commercial office projects Experience working with fast-track projects premium corporate interiors and multi-vendor environments Personal Attributes Self-driven proactive and time-efficient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in high-paced project environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 816 11 - 50 228 67 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
