We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling purchase invoices stock maintenance and basic accounting activities The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented well-organized and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations efficiently Key Responsibilities Handle purchase invoices GRNs and vendor billing Maintain stock records inventory updates and stock reconciliation Verify vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing Update daily transactions in accounting software Tally ERP Support monthly closing activities Ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory reports Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting Strong knowledge of purchase entry invoice processing and stock maintenance Experience in Tally ERP accounting software Good understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Accounts 2 years Required Work Location In person
