Job Title Senior Accountant Location Kottayam Department Finance Accounts Job Type Full-time We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our Kottayam branch The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting maintain statutory compliance and support strategic decision-making through effective financial analysis Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial activities including general ledger updates accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with accounting standards and company policies Prepare and review essential financial reports such as Balance Sheets Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements Lead month-end and year-end closing processes including preparation of monthly financial forecasts Handle statutory compliance requirements including GST TDS and Income Tax filings Monitor daily cash flow and implement efficient cash management practices Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions collaborate with internal teams and external partners Oversee ERP accounting system operations to ensure accurate reporting and improve operational efficiency Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completion Develop and maintain strong internal control systems to protect company assets and mitigate risks Desired Candidate Profile Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance preferably in a branch or multi-location setup Solid analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software ERP systems Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
