Job Title Project Manager - Commercial Interior Fit-Out Location Mumbai Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing the successful execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to handover This includes managing timelines budgets resources subcontractors vendors and ensuring high-quality workmanship aligned with client expectations and company standards Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Coordination Study project scope BOQ drawings and specifications thoroughly Prepare detailed project schedules resource plans and procurement timelines Coordinate with clients architects consultants and internal teams for approvals and alignments Organize kickoff meetings and regular review meetings 2 Site Execution Supervision Monitor day-to-day site activities ensure progress as per schedule Supervise site engineers contractors and vendors Ensure strict adherence to design quality and safety standards Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively 3 Vendor Subcontractor Management Identify evaluate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure timely delivery of materials and services Validate work quality and adherence to contract terms 4 Budgeting Cost Control Maintain project budgets and track expenses Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Prepare and submit cost reports and billing documentation 5 Documentation Compliance Maintain all project-related documentation including drawings approvals site instructions and client communications Ensure compliance with safety regulations legal requirements and company policies 6 Client Interaction Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide regular updates on project progress Handle client concerns and change requests professionally 7 Handover Closure Ensure snag-free completion and timely project handover Prepare handover documents warranties and close-out reports Obtain client sign-offs and completion certificates Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes civil electrical HVAC carpentry finishing etc Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Solid leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Commercial acumen and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Project Excel AutoCAD and project management tools Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related field PMP or similar project management certification preferred Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects Preferred Industry Experience Retail spaces Corporate offices Hospitality interiors Healthcare and institutional interiors Job Type Full-time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Expected Start Date 24 11 2025
