About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our IVF team The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in embryology and hands-on exposure to core andrology procedures This role involves supporting daily lab operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality accuracy and patient safety Key Responsibilities Andrology Lab Perform Semen Analysis SA and Sperm Freezing SF Conduct procedures related to IUI preparation Carry out DNA Fragmentation Index DFI testing Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols for all andrology procedures Embryology Lab Quality Support routine embryology tasks under supervision Maintain strict QA QC standards in both embryo and andrology labs Monitor lab equipment maintain logs and ensure calibration Adhere to aseptic techniques lab safety guidelines and regulatory requirements Assist senior embryologists in clinical embryology workflows as needed Required Qualifications Master s degree in Embryology Clinical Embryology Reproductive Biology Strong understanding of assisted reproductive technologies ART Basic hands-on experience through internships projects or 0-1 year of work experience Excellent attention to detail and robust documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented clinical environment Preferred Attributes Strong ethical standards and patient-centric approach Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and lab protocols Job Type Full-time Pay 19 964 71 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
