Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in Teacher Hiring and Talent Acquisition within the education sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment driving hiring strategies and ensuring timely onboarding of quality teaching and non-teaching staff across our institutions Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Teacher Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for teaching and academic positions Pre-primary Primary Secondary and Senior Secondary Identify hiring needs by coordinating with Principals Academic Coordinators and Department Heads Create and post job descriptions across portals social media and recruitment platforms Screen resumes shortlist candidates conduct HR interviews and coordinate demo sessions academic rounds Build a strong pipeline of qualified teachers through proactive talent sourcing Maintain and update recruitment trackers MIS and status reports for management review Non-Teaching Recruitment Manage hiring for administrative support staff and other school operational roles Conduct telephonic screening schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders Onboarding Documentation Manage pre-joining formalities background checks and documentation Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires Maintain accurate records of employee files documents and HR systems Requirements Education Bachelor s degree Experience 1-4 years of HR experience with mandatory teacher hiring school recruitment background Strong understanding of academic hiring processes and timelines Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sourcing abilities Naukri LinkedIn Social Media Referrals Valuable interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Proficiency in MS Office HRIS and recruitment tools Ability to multitask manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced education environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 244 09 - 35 000 00 per month
