Job Title Fleet Operations Hiring Executive MOVEE Removalist Platform Location Remote About MOVEE MOVEE is an innovative removalist platform revolutionizing the way people experience moving services across Australia Our mission is to provide exceptional moving solutions by connecting customers with trusted reliable and professional independent contractors and truck owners We are currently looking for a Fleet Operations Hiring Executive to join our team and oversee the daily operations contractor relationships and fleet management across the platform Role Overview As the Fleet Operations Hiring executive you will be responsible for recruiting hiring managing and fostering positive relationships with independent contractors and truck owners You will also oversee day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency safety and high-quality service for MOVEE customers Key Responsibilities Contractor Recruitment Hiring Actively recruit interview and hire independent truck owners and drivers for our removalist platform Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications experience and ability to meet MOVEE s high standards of service Ensure contractors have the necessary documentation insurance and vehicle compliance Contractor Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners drivers and independent contractors Provide continuous support feedback and guidance to contractors to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction Address concerns resolve issues and maintain an open line of communication to foster a positive work environment Organize and host regular check-ins training sessions and performance reviews with contractors Fleet Operations Day-to-Day Management Manage the daily operations of MOVEE s fleet including scheduling and dispatching contractors for moving jobs Monitor the performance of contractors and the quality of services delivered to customers Ensure all vehicles meet safety regulatory and operational standards insurance maintenance licensing etc Optimize routes and job assignments to ensure efficiency cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve workflow and service delivery Customer Quality Assurance Ensure that the contractors follow MOVEE s customer service standards and best practices during every job Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints related to moving services ensuring resolutions are achieved quickly Maintain operational excellence through ongoing monitoring and feedback from both customers and contractors Key Requirements Experience Skills Proven experience in fleet management operations or logistics ideally within the removals or transportation industry Strong background in recruitment and contractor management Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage day-to-day operations effectively Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Experience working with technology platforms or apps e g MOVEE similar apps to manage scheduling dispatch and contractor performance Technical Skills Familiarity with Australian road safety regulations and fleet management best practices Knowledge of vehicle maintenance standards and compliance requirements Proficiency with basic office software Excel Word and fleet management tools or platforms Other Requirements Must be self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently Ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment A genuine passion for customer service and operational excellence Why Join MOVEE Dynamic and Flexible Work Play a key role in the growth and success of a leading removals platform Competitive Salary Incentives Enjoy a rewarding salary package with performance bonuses and growth opportunities Career Growth As the platform expands so do the opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive Environment Join a team that values collaboration innovation and continuous improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question s We must fill this position urgently Can you start immediately Do you have laptop or desktop computer with camera headset Can you start work 3 30 am indian time Can you work 6 days a week Experience Fleet Hiring 2 years Required Language English Required
