About the Role PaisaOnClick is hiring a Sales Manager - Loans Insurance to lead and grow our retail loan and insurance portfolio This role requires strong sales expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail finance products You will manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive business across Personal Loans Business Loans Home Loans Education Loans Vehicle Loans and Insurance products Key Responsibilities Drive loan and insurance business through direct sourcing and partner channels Acquire retain and manage customer relationships Cross-sell retail loan products and insurance solutions Lead motivate and monitor a team of Relationship Managers Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets Provide regular reporting MIS to management Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines Requirements Minimum 1 5 years of experience in loan sales PL BL HL and or insurance sales in NBFCs Banks Financial Institutions Proven experience in team management or leadership Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance markets Target-driven self-motivated and performance-oriented Excellent communication skills in English mandatory Ability to work onsite at Kochi office Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
