Job Purpose: Tech Transfer is responsible for supporting feasibility studies, pilot scale trials, and documentation required for smooth and compliant technology transfer from lab to plant. Strategic - Support feasibility and scale-up activities under guidance to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

- Contribute to recent process documentation and compliance as per regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Stay informed on basic industry technology trends relevant to tech transfer. Operational - Execute assigned experimental procedures and sampling for lab/pilot batches.
- Collect, compile, and record process data as per guidelines.
- Assist in reviewing and updating process documentation (BMR, PDR, etc.).
- Support demo runs, validation trials, and shop-floor observations.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, PRD, and production for sample movement, documentation, and process support.
- Maintain process documents, logs, and experimental records.




- Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement discussions.
- Assist in timely closure of CAPAs, deviations, and change controls related to tech transfer.
- Follow ESG policies and ensure compliance in daily operations. Financial - Assist in monitoring consumption of materials during pilot and trial batches to avoid wastage. People - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments effectively.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training.
- Maintain discipline, ownership, and accountability during trials and documentation.

Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience in process development or technology transfer.

Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field.

Industry : Pharmaceutical / Fine Chemicals / CDMO / API
