The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating catering business, building robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets through corporate, social, and event-based catering opportunities.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new catering business opportunities.

- Generate leads through corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, and direct outreach.
- Meet clients to understand their catering requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close catering deals.
- Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote catering services.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or banquet sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the hospitality and catering industry is preferred.
