About the Role We are looking for experienced Primary Real Estate Sales professionals who have successfully sold residential projects for reputed developers. The ideal candidate should possess solid consultative selling skills, excellent customer relationship management, and extensive knowledge of Pune's residential real estate market.

Key Responsibilities - Sell residential projects of leading developers across Pune.

- Handle company-generated leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, and references.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory availability and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with channel partners to generate additional business.
- Maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on new launches,



pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Coordinate with home loan, legal, and customer support teams until possession.

Desired Candidate

Profile - Graduate (MBA preferred).

- 2–8 years of experience in Primary Residential Sales.
- Experience selling projects of reputed developers.
- Strong knowledge of Pune residential micro-markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales performance and target achievement.
- Customer-focused with strong presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
